Welcome to Bushido Karate Dojo

We are a traditional hard style Japanese Karate school dedicated to training students of all ages and abilities. We offer a blend of different forms of Martial Arts; Kyokushin and Isshinryu. The philosophies are essentially the same and techniques compliment each other.

There are many martial arts and we remain open to them all. We truly study 'Budo' here, Martial Arts

Eagle 50 Sheets

White Belt Kids White Belt Adults Yellow Belt Blue Belt Green Belt Brown Belt

What is the Eagle Fifty?

The Eagle Fifty is simply recorded practice of required katas, 50 of each.

For each belt rank it is of course recommended that students practice their katas! However, the Eagle fifty can only begin when all katas for the next belt rank have been learned and does not begin until Renshi Lisa or Sensei Eric has informed a student that they should begin this practice.

Quality is more important than quantity. DO NOT RUSH THROUGH YOUR KATAS.

It is recommended that after completing 10 of each kata you check in with your instructor, showing him/her your katas and receiving feedback before continuing.
